If you don't have the branchcode in your ldap directory you can set a
default in your koha-conf.xml, for example
branchcode is=MAIN_LIBRARY/branchcode
where MAIN_LIBRARY is a valid library code in Koha.
All borrowers will then be added with this default value.

I have someone asking if it's possible to do something like:
week1 - $1
week2 - $3
week3 - $5
i.e. the first fine is $1, and the increment is $2 every 7 days. Is this
possible? I can't see an obvious way to do it in the circ rules.
