Is there any way I can disable searching by name. I would like to search by
a patron's card number only. It will be a security measure for our library.

Your inner counters look wrong.
Set O and it should work.
You have to set up the inner counter only when you start receiving in
the middle of a cycle.
Here is how the inner counter works with your example :
inner counter = 0
vol. 4, no. 1, iss. 796
inner counter = 1

Koha database. Change the password in MySQL for your database user, and
