However, I think your problem is that your $KOHA_CONF points to the wrong
xml file.
$ echo $KOHA_CONF
If you change the value to point to koha1's or
Prefix the relevant environment variables to the command:
PERL5LIB=/usr/share/*kohaX*/lib KOHA_CONF=/etc/*kohaX*/koha-conf.xml
/usr/share/*kohaX*/bin/migration_tools/rebuild_zebra.pl params
