[Koha] spine label fields

Hi All, I am trying to print ddc number , barcode, year and author cutter on my spine label. I have added in spine label preferences. But only barcode and sometimes ddc number is printing on label. Can anyone please explain how can How can I print year and author mark on label? Thanks.

I should clarify: I wouldn't strip out the 001 or 003 from a record--I was referring mostly to call numbers, possibly physical description, maybe subject headings--things you need to add to a record. I do very little original cataloging; most of my records I download from OCLC. A lot of the NLM

Just for future reference, the Library of Congress maintains the documentation of the MARC21 standard; for bib record documentation, start here: http://www.loc.gov/marc/bibliographic/ It's not always easy reading, but as a systems librarian (and not a cataloger!) I find it indispensable. Paul.
