They are, if you configure them that way. However, it looks like
patron attributes are only searched in the general/keyword type patron
search. You are not provided with a specific search option

Fines are not generating or generating wrong fines.

Try koha 18.11 for Amazon India support.
Images are mapped to ISBNs. So having the image on the Amazon website is
not a guarantee on display unless your ISBN matches exactly.
On a side note, you can always use the LocalImages facility for situations
like this.
