[Koha] Where is the Spine Label/Barcode Label Creator in 22.11

Hello, I cannot find the barcode/spine label creator in Koha 22.11. It was in the Tools menu before I upgraded to 22. I want to print a label showing the barcode number for my books. Has this tool moved to another area? Does it still exist on 22.11? Thank you for the assistance. -Evan
