I can think of a couple of possibilities.
First, how did you transfer the data? Did you import the data into the catalog?
If you staged but didn’t import, they’d be in the reservoir but not the catalog.
Second, did you rebuild the index after importing the records? Lately I’ve had
problems

We are an independnat library which recently installed Koha. We
cataloged our c. 800 books, on a local system on a PC. Yet, we had to
move the catalog to an other computer (and cloud) and the whole list
have been lost in the process since the digital access path has been
changed.
