My Opac was migrated from CDS/ISIS Winisis with the help of a PFT and MarcEdit.
MarcEdit also have a Winisis ISO to MARC converted tool you can test.

I have the same or similar issue. Upgrading from 3.10.5 to 3.12 the holdings
tab show nothing. In the administrative part all the info show right.

Try reloading the page using CTRL + R to force reload. Works for me. Of course
previously copy the missing files in the template usint Vimal tips.

I'm using the advanced search form only for search by collection not for
item type. We group the informaction resources by collection like:
Colección regional (History of Baja related books)
Colección UIA-ITESO (Books published by the members of Universidad
Iberoamericana in Mexico)
etc., etc.
You just need to create a new collection code in Administration Authorized
values, then clic select Authorized values and CCODE... and in the add ITEM
part of your record select from the pull-down menu the one (or another) you
define.

in the add ITEM info (Library, Colecction, Copy number, barcodes,
etc.) I select Not for loan for books that not circulate. Works fine for me.
The Not available tags refers to title with no ITEMS.

In Koha we define a special colection like this:
CCODE CXS Colección Scheifler
In the Add item section selec this and select No for loan defined previusly
in Authorized values for reference or special collections.

I recomend that convert groups of 1,000 records using Marcedit and import into
koha using the webtool Stage MARC Records For Import to get more control and
identify errors. Verify the info about ITEMS (tag 952 and subfields).

In my experience, Koha needs the subfield o - Full call number. I migrate
from CDS/ISIS DOS and the LC callnumber (050ab) was import in both fields, one
for MARC21 and one for KOHA. When I add a record the LC callnumber was copied
automaticaly to subfield o subfield in the Add ITEM secction.
Yes, this live-cd comes with Dsapce. If you want the Wubi installer that work
for me I will send you.
