Hi Fred, if we are talking about Zebra, this might help: https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/MRenvoize/zebra I'd try and test if searching with mesh:... works in the keyword search. If it doesn't something might be missing from your index configuration, like adding it to the list of indexes

Greetings, all, I want to make some changes/additional options to the search menus in masthead.inc and opac-advsearch.tt. For example, I'd like to limit the subject field to only 650$a and add separate fields for $651a and $656$a. Also, I'd like to add search options for 190$a and 253$a.* I
