I am still getting challenges in setting postfix to work. Is there an
alternative that is easier to set as mail server that I can use for koha
to send emails. I have installed koha 21 on Ubuntu 20 LTS.

Check the path to your certificates
/etc/ssl/certs/Thawte_Premium_Server_CA.pem and/or that the certificate you
want to use is really " Thawte_Premium_Server_CA.pem"
What the command is trying to do is copying the content of your Thawte
certificate to postfix accepted certificate list
