Hi Hugo, Thank you for the reply. I have not modified the file at /etc/mysql/my.cnf. I do not have good knowledge about MySQL. Only my.cnf file back is enough or entire folder /etc/mysql is required to be backedup ? From where do I get standard installation of my.cnf. please advise. regards
