have a look at this reindexing steps:
1)switch to user koha (owner of koha source code/config files)
2)export KOHA_CONF=/koha-dev/etc/koha-conf.xml
3)export PERL5LIB=/koha/kohaclone(src code)
4)perl misc/migration_tools/rebuild_zerbra.pl -b -r -v -x (for full
reindex)
