Hi, I wanted to replace the koha logo by just pasting my image in the images folder and editing the css file but was advised to place the image on the web and enter the url in the opacsmallimage field. My question is do I have to use the opacsmallimage or can I paste my image and edit the css

Hi, you should avoid editing the CSS files or any files that come with Koha, because it will give you grief when you lose your customizations on updating Koha. opacsmallimage is a way of doing safe customizing, but there are also other options to overwrite the default CSS like using the
