I have reserve books that are loaned to patrons for 2 hours before 15:00 ,

There is documentation on how to export and import records from versions prior
to 3.2. Usually the data is dumped via mysqldump to a file, then a 3.2
conversion is run on it, and then it is imported into 3.14.
I am running Koha 3.0 and I have tried unsucessfully to export data from 3.0,
I've always seen Marc21 records used. I don't know the technical differences
nor how hard it would be to convert to UKRMARC.
