I am getting following error when i am try to create new vendor or
search old vendor also
(previously i created one vendor ) I am using Koha 19.05
can't use an undefined value as an ARRAY reference at
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl5/5.22/DBI.pm line 2083.
any idea please

Our loan period is fixed at 7 hours, even if I changed the "loan period"
and "unit" in the "Circulation and Fine Rules".
