[Koha] Setting up E-mail

[Koha] Site Koha does not exist

Hi I have Installed Ubuntu 14.0 LTS but I am unable to install Koha. Every time I get the message Site Koha does not exist. As per the details given in the Koha documentation I have done all the steps correctly but still I don't ko where I am wrong. Kindly help me in resolving the issue.
