Re: [Koha] Koha package 3.14

2013-11-26 Thread Uy nguyễn quốc
So i can install Koha 3.14 on ubuntu with Koha-packages-install, right? I
already install Koha git 3.15, but it's not good for making live dvd. Maybe
it's about time to make live dvd Koha 3.14 with packages install.

Best regards!

[Koha] Problem with install Koha packages on ubuntu server 12.04 amd64

2012-11-29 Thread Uy nguyễn quốc
I'm doing exactly as in this tutorial:
http://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Koha_on_ubuntu_-_packages.
When i install on ubuntu desktop 12.04 x64 a month ago, it all works totally.
It was Koha 3.8.6
Now i'm trying install on ubuntu server 12.04 amd64, when i type:

 $sudo apt-get install koha-common, i got message:
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
Koha-common: Depends: libchi-driver-memcached-perl but it is not going to
install
Koha-common: Depends: libchi-perl but it is not going to install
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages

Any one can help? I try to find some way to fix unmet dependencies on Ubuntu
forum, but no help. System upgrade totally.

 Do this:

 sudo rm /etc/apt/sources.list.d/koha.list

 sudo apt-get update
 sudo apt-get install libchi-driver-memcached-perl
 sudo apt-get install libdigest-jhash-perl
 sudo cpan install Data::Pagination

Now go back to this line in the installation instructions, and continue the
 installation.

echo deb http://debian.koha-community.org/koha squeeze main | sudo tee
 /etc/apt/sources.list.d/koha.list

 etc.

Re: [Koha] Problem in importing Patron Records

2012-11-22 Thread Uy nguyễn quốc
i think maybe when we open .csv file by Libreoffice Calc, by default, the field
delimiter is semicolon. But when we open a .ods file, then save as a .csv
file, the field delimiter is comma. And Koha accept comma. He got only this
error as i did, it it not like not compare headerrow, or data format is not
accepted. Maybe first, turn off all Mandatoryfield, then try exactly save file
as .ods, next open this .ods and save as .csv. Maybe it should work.

It is not because of borrowers number, Nicole engard deleted this row, and it
still works. And when i imported file without first row's value, it still works.
