[Koha] Too many links to host items cause delay in retrieval

I have created a bibliographic record for a weekly serial publication that 
started being published in the sixties. We have multiple copies of the issues 
and it adds up to thousands of item records.

I decided to create separate records for each issue connecting each one to the 
larger record by "linking to host item". This allows for an easier overview of 
the items for each issue and also allows for more information on its contents.


I have since noticed that a search to retrieve these records takes a long time, 
and often it times out.

Is it the links between records or the large number of items? Is this something 
the koha is not designed to handle or is it fixable with adjustments to how the 
indexing/retrieval is done?

Any suggestions would be very helpful

[Koha] adding more than first 20 results to a list

I need to add the results of a search to a list in order to export and
batch edit the biblios. When I check select all and add to list, only the
first twenty results are added. Is there a way to add all results at once?

[Koha] Error 500 when trying to upload batch of local cover images

Hello,

I am trying to upload around 400 local cover images in a batch and I get a
500 error

An error has occurred! *Error 500* This message may have been caused by any
of the following reasons:

   - You made use of an external link to an item that is no longer available
   - You followed an outdated link e.g. from a search engine or a bookmark
   - You tried to access a page that needs authentication
   - An internal link in the client is broken and the page does not exist

What's next?

   - Use top menu bar to navigate to another part of Koha.
   - To report a broken link or any other issue, please contact the Koha
   Administrator. Send email <libr...@ert.gr>

I followed the instructions (
http://manual.koha-community.org/3.22/en/uploadlocalimages.html), created a
zip that includes the image files and a .txt that connects each one with a
biblio number. I even tried with only two cover images. I have no problem
uploading one by one, but it takes time.


I have Koha version 16.05.03.000 in Ubuntu 16.04.1 LTS


Any help would be appreciated.

[Koha] indexing of 450 authoritiy field?

Hello,

I am currently working on my authorities and I was dissapointed to discover
the information I have entered in the 450 MARC 21 authority field (see from
tracing - topical term) is not retrieved in my searches. Is it not indexed?
And if so, how can be indexed?

Hi

I am revisiting the issue since I didn't manage to solve it.

I am attaching two screenshots that demonstrate the problem. The 1st shows
the main page in greek. The 2nd is after clicking on the first left panel
link. The language preference turns automatically to 'en' and the opac
inerface changes to english. What's more, it doesn't allow users to chage
the laguage afterwards.
The webpages that cause the problem are inside Koha, created as new
preferences in Local Use.

I have added left panel navigational links in my OPAC but when I click on
them the OPAC language changes from greek to english. How can I create new
preferences (webpages) that my OPAC recognises as greek?
