Hmm, I've tried it again, and Koha will definitely stop issues if I use PG 13 in 521$a. But it will not stop issues, as it used to do, when using FSK 13. I did find this information here https://koha-community.org/manual/18.05/en/html/systempreferences.html which does not have FSK listed any
