reading the errors I wonder if you are using CAS authentication?
In that case it might be interesting to see if the problem goes away,
when you are deactivate it temporarily.
What is the exact version of Koha are you using?
How was your Koha installed? (tarball, packages, git?)

I want to use Koha Plugin
I have done all the setting required to enable the koha plugins
But when I go to tools > plugins it give following error
