I have a question about the place hold system.
The user A reserve one book and reservation is accepted by the librarian.
The user B want to reserve the same book, in the opac-search page is not
possible to reserve it because the link place hold is disabled, but if the

Do you have the ReservesNeedReturns system preferences set to
Automatically mark holds as found and waiting when a hold is placed
