Hi Paul, Keep one of them as Superlibrarian. Give other necessary including all permissions but Superlibrarian to rest librarians. Do not forget assign librarians with proper libraries. Also set IndependentBranches preference as Don't prevent. Good luck. 2015-01-15 14:04 GMT+08:00

Hi paul, a superlibrarian can't be limited to a branch as this permission is meant to see everything that's going on in the system. You could experiment with removing the superlibrarian permission in favor of the other permissions that will also allow access to the administration module and all

[Koha] Limit staff to one library

We have a Koha instance with 2 libraries. We have several staff accounts with the superlibrarian permission but we do not want them to see both libraries. When they do a Search the catalogue items show up from both libraries. How do we restrict what libraries they can see? Thanks, Paul
