Re: [Koha] Sandboxes now support translations

2021-03-08 Thread Fridolin SOMERS

Super :D

Could you add "nl-NL" please.
Poeple from Saxion University and others make a great job of translation.

And also "el-GR" for the greek translation group.

Best regards,

Hi All,

I spent a few minutes adding a new feature to the ptfs-e sandboxes today -
http://sandboxes.ptfs-europe.co.uk/

You can now install a limited number of translations onto your test
sandbox. Once you have a sandbox set up, you can now pick 'Install
translation' from the "Actions" menu in the sandbox manager and pick to
install French, German or Spanish (I tried to pick the three most popular,
but let me know if you want another option added). Once you submit the
form, it'll take a moment to return the output of the commands that run...
you can then enable the translation via the koha system preferences inside
your sandbox as usual.

Hope that helps,

[Koha] Sandboxes enhancement

2015-02-20 Thread Jonathan Druart
Hello,

I have just updated the BibLibre' sandboxes [1] to permit to apply
patches from several bug reports.
This is useful when you want to test a bug which depends on another
one not yet pushed to master.

Hello Nicole,
There is a bug (at least one) on sandboxes, sometime the mail is not
sent. I don't know why.
But I think an email is sent if something wrong append.
I hope you managed to test what you wanted.

Re: [Koha] Sandboxes

2014-08-08 Thread Renvoize, Martin
I can't be of much help with the biblibre sandboxes.. but your mail did
spur me on to get the ptfs-europe ones back up and running.

I've got them going again this morning (UK Time), and have updated the
sandboxes wiki page accordingly again.

Feel free to give them a go, they're pretty much a clone of the biblibre
ones, with the only distinction being that they are all configured as
MARC21, DOM, DOM and ICU at the back end. You can still load a UNIMARC DB,
but search will be hindered somewhat. The other difference, which should
be transparent to the user, is that they are all hosted on one server in a
multi-tenant configuration. This may affect performance somewhat if
everyone hits them at the same time.

Hope that helps at least a little Nicole

Hello all,

The hackfest in Marseille is coming soon and sandboxes will be used

There are known bugs and I have already received some improvement
requests. I would like to know if someone here, using sandboxes
regularly, has a special need.
If you are annoyed when using them, it is now or never to express yourself!
