Hi Victor, you've run into *Bug 29631* - 21.06.000.12 may fail. If you follow the discussion on the bug, especially comment#18 that might help you solve the issue. The fix will be released with 21.11.01. Hope this helps, Katrin

Hi Victor, what do you mean by the installation screen? Koha will bring up the web installer during initial installation, but also if there are database updates that need to be run. Have you tried logging into the web installer to see where it takes you? Hope this helps Katrin On 13.12.21

[Koha] upgrading from 21.5 to 21.11

Hi I have Koha on a server with multiple instances. After upgrading from 21.5 to 21.11 one of the instances is showing the initial Koha installation screen. How to fix this error? Thanks. ___ Koha mailing list http://koha-community.org
