I think I have found another place where the DBIx relationships don't work as
expected. See Bug 18870. I'm trying to use a prefetch to get data that the DBIx
relationship should make easy to access, but for some reason it fails.
I'm thinking this is a big issue that we need to get fixed, because otherwise
the Koha Objects are essentially useless to us.

Bug 18870: Using a prefetch to get relationship data rather than a method

Using the DBIx Resultset prefetch to get club_template data about clubs
rather than a built-in method.

To test:
1) Confirm that creating a club works.
2) Confirm that viewing the clubs.pl page works and all data is
displayed

Bug 14385: Tweaks so t/db_dependent/00-strict.t passes

There was a typo botcat vs borcat and borrowernumber was never
defined. Grabbing from userenv, like other code does.

Bug 14385: Extend OpacHiddenItems to allow specifying exempt borrower
categories

Edit: Fixing merge conflicts in
 - t/db_dependent/Items.t
 - t/db_dependent/Search.t
 - C4/Search.pm

Changes the API for calling GetHiddenItems and all the places in the code that
call it. This is to allow borrower categories to be passed in.
Adds an OpacHiddenItemsExceptions syspref to allow certain borrower categories
to be able to see items, even if they are marked hidden by OpacHiddenItems

To test:

1) Make two borrowers, one in a category that should see everything (ie Adult),
and another in a category that should only see certain things (ie Adult -
exceptions)
2) Add the borrower that can see everything (the Adult) to
OpacHiddenItemsExceptions
3) To the OpacHiddenItems syspref, add an item type (ensure that you have some
records that fall under this type in your library).
4) Log in as the borrower that should only see certain things (Adult -
exception)
5) Do a search, filtered to show records which are the item type that you
specified in the OpacHiddenItems syspref. No records should show for this
borrower as this item type is hidden to them.
6) Log in as the borrower that should see everything (Adult)
7) Do the same search. There should be results from this search, as this
borrower category has been specified as an exception to the hidden items

Bug 18869: Fixing display of patron clubs tables

This patch
1) Hides the club templates table if there are no club templates, shows
an appropriate message
2) Hides the clubs table if there are no clubs. Shows an appropriate
message for whether templates exist
3) Puts the actions in one column, or a dropdown menu

Bug 13208: Improving breadcrumbs for when cancelling an order

To test:
1) Go to Acquisitions -> Find a vendor -> View a basket with orders in
it (or make a new basket and add an order)
2) Click Cancel order
3) Notice incomplete breadcrumbs, and 'Acquisition' typo
4) Apply patch and refresh page
5) Breadcrumbs should be fixed. Confirm links to vendor and basket work
as expected

Bug 18871: Make patron list name a link to view contents of list

The link is the same as the 'Add patrons' button in Actions dropdown,
but requires one less click, and makes finding the contents of the list
more obvious.

To test:
1) Go to Tools -> Patron lists
2) Create a patron list if you haven't already
3) Confirm that clicking the name of the list takes you to the correct
list and shows the expected content.

At the moment, to view the patrons in a patron list (tools), you go to Actions
-> Add patrons. This doesn't seem like a natural first step to viewing the
contents of the patron list. The name of the patron list should be a link to
see the contents of the patron list.

3) Create a club using that template
4) Notice page breaks and you can't get back on to patron clubs
This error is triggered: Template process failed: undef error - Cannot use
"->find" in list context at /home/vagrant/kohaclone/Koha/Club.pm line 51.

The tables for patron clubs and club templates should not show at all if they
are empty. Also the clubs table is slightly broken. See screenshot.

I am not sure if this is only a display issue. Thinking of the calculations we
do like adding up the values of all orders to determine the available money. If
you store exactly, display rounded, that will never 'add up correctly' and will
make people wonder. I wonder how other ILS handle this?

When paying for a lost item using the Pay button the information 'Paid for by:
patron's name, barcode and date of payment' (from items.paidfor) are added to
the item information.  When using Pay Selected to make the payment this
information is not added, so staff are unable to accept payment for multiple
lost items at one time and expect to get relevant payment information included
in reports. 

It would be great if fixing this could be part of the accounts re-write.

Overall, it looks great. I would love to see (at some point) the Koha::Biblio
objects passed to the template instead of explicitly extracting each attribute,
but that's a whole other problem.

I've found a test to fail with this patch applied, and pass without it:

Sorry, there is still something wrong (example see below).

And I think it would be a good idea to put the whole "hint" part in an include
file that can be re-used. At the moment we have code duplication in several tt
files.

For exammple in maninvoice.tt line 381 is obsolete
In line 382, instead of a <\span> there should be a  
Line 383 displays only the first of the separators, should display all of them.
In line 385, the  should be a 
Line 389 should be enclosed in   

Then I have one more issue regarding translatability (sorry, I was not aware
before):

If you want to change it, click here


This will split the sentence in Pootle, translators will have:
"If you want to change it, click "
and a stray
"here"

It is much better for translatability not to split sentences by HTML tags.

I would love to see this backported to 16.11 as it would help many
installations that still use 16.11 (such as ours). Although this feature is an
enhancement, it doesn't conflict with any existing functionality. 

Also, I see that sometimes Koha get enhancement in its point release. For

Bug 16485: collection column in Item search is always empty

This patch fills the column 'Collection' in item search from the item values.

To test:
- Go to item search
- Reproduce issue from initial comment
- Apply patch
- Verify that the column 'Collection' is filled

Still to do, but outside of my datatable skills:
Filter by drop down in the column header does a substring search.
Example: Filter for 'Fiction" returns both 'Fiction' and 'Non-fiction' items.

Yeah, I tested some variations too and did not clear up this problem. Probably
we have some *issues* with the relationships of the issues table. We perhaps
better address this DBIx problem on a separate report in order to not postpone
this development. Please restore the DBIx line that worked.

Bug 18709: Make koha-foreach use koha-shell internally

This patch simplifies the koha-foreach script, making it use koha-shell
to gain instance privileges and have all environment variables set.

To test:
- Apply the patch
- Have one or more instances created (kohadev already exists in kohadevbox, add
  another onewith $ sudo koha-create --create-db test)
- Run:
  $ sudo kohaclone/debian/scripts/koha-foreach echo "This is instance
__instancename__"
=> SUCCESS: The script runs gracefuly, and outputs something like:
This is instance kohadev
This is instance test
  Note: this means the command was executed for each instance and the current
behaviour
of replacing the placeholder __instancename__ for the actual instance
name still
works as expected.
- You can try the different filter switches, but the logic has not been
touched. only the
  command call.

paxed's solution is obsolete since the form asks for a number.

The script includes 2 function which check if it is possible to transform
properly into the format "XX.XX" and which do it.
The money symbols are ignored.
All other symbols  are ignored.

Modify the tooltips helping the users entering monrtary information in the
right format.

Fields on all those pages are now automatically formatted
- cgi-bin/koha/admin/aqbudgetperiods.tt
- cgi-bin/koha/admin/aqbudgets.tt
- cgi-bin/koha/members/mancredit.tt
- cgi-bin/koha/members/maninvoice.tt

Test plan :
1) Check you can't enter any string except like "XX.XX" when
   - you create a Budget (Administration->Budget)
   - you write a fine (Circulation->[select a Borrower]->new fine )
   - you pay an existing fine
2) Apply patch
3) Check you can enter any string with
   - anything you want
   - a , or a . as separator (both are default)
   - change the syspref DigitSeparator into the separator you with and check
again
  ex : XXX,XXX,XXX.XX => .
   XXX XXX XXX,XX => ,. or ,
   XXX XXX XXX.XX => ,. or .
   The string is immediately changed after you change the field
Please note that any other symbole is ignored

Bug 17893 - Move JavaScript to the footer on staff client catalog pages

This patch modifies multiple catalog-related pages in order to move
embedded JavaScript to the footer.

The JavaScript previously embedded in cat-toolbar.inc is moved to a
separate file (catalog.js).

To test, apply the patch and test JavaScript-driven interactions on all
modified pages, including JS which isn't page-specific (menus, help,
etc). The functionality of the catalog toolbar should be tested on each
page.

- Bibliographic detail pages (standard, MARC, labeled MARC, ISBD).
- Advanced search page
- Local cover image viewer
- Item search page
- Item detail page
- Search history page
- Checkout history page

Bug 18861 - branch_transfer_limits needs keys

The branch transfers limits are edited in :
/cgi-bin/koha/admin/branch_transfer_limits.pl
This page calls a loop on IsBranchTransferAllowed with all destination branches
and codes (ccodes or itemtypes).

This can takes a huge time because table branch_transfer_limits has no keys.

Since ccode or itemtype may be used, this patch adds a key on both combinaison
: ccode/fromBranch/toBranch and itemtype/fromBranch/toBranch.

Tested on a table with 66000 entries, time whent from 26 second to less than 1
second.

Test plan :
- Go to Administration > Library transfer limits
- Check page load is faster
- Uncheck a checkbox
- Save
=> Verify save is OK
- Change branch and same tests

We have to find a balance between adding a syspref for showing/hiding elements
and css customization. Yes, not each librarian writes css. I will not block
this patch and change the status to Signed off again. Another QA opinion
please.
