Bug 15887: Revise layout and behavior of item search fields management

This patch adds some JavaScript to the item search fields management
page so that the add form is not displayed by default. This simplifies
the interface and makes it more consistent with other similar
interfaces.

Also changed in this patch:
- Changing instances of "Items search fields" to "Item search fields."
- Correct form structure to use ordered list
- Add "required" classes and enable built-in JS form validation.
- Add explicitly labeled "Choose" options to s.
- Add missing ids to form fields (labels don't work without them).
- Correct classes of message and alert dialogs.
- Add JS confirmation of deletions.
- Convert MARC tag and subfield dropdowns to regular inputs (Bug 15384).

To test, apply the patch and go to Administration.

- Confirm that the "Item search fields" link is correct.
- Follow the link and confirm that the list of existing fields is shown
  by default, or a message saying there are no existing fields.
- Click the "New search field" button and confirm that it displays the
  entry form.
  - Confirm that submitting an empty form does not work.
  - Confirm that clicking the "Cancel" link correctly hides the form.
  - Confirm that submitting valid data works correctly.
- In the table of existing item search fields, confirm that the "Edit"
  button works correctly.
  - Confirm that submitting edits works correctly.
- In the table of existing item search fields, confirm that clicking
  "Delete" highlights the row in question and a confirmation dialog
  appears.
  - Test both canceling and confirming deletion.

Bug 15947: move SIPILS.t to DB-dependent test directory

SIPILS.t requires an active koha-conf.xml to pass,
and consequently is moved to t/db_dependent so that
'make test' can succeed.

To test
---
[1] Unset KOHA_CONF and either do a make test or a
prove -v t/SIPILS.t.  Note that the tests fail.
[2] Apply the patch and run make test again; this time,
the test suite should pass.
[3] Verify that with KOHA_CONF *set*,
prove -v t/db_dependent/SIPILS.t passes.

Hi Aleisha, the datatables parts of your patch don't seem to show on the page -
can you please check and remove if not needed? Please note - the page also has
it's own paging for a lot of results, similar to the authorities.

Hi, I think the menu is a good idea, but the datatable doesn't work here. If
you have more than 20 results, the authority search has its own paging - you
won't be able to use the paging from the datatables for your results. 

Also - this change is not part of the bug description!

Bug 15952: Moving cataloging search actions into a drop-down menu

To test:
1) Go to Cataloging and do a search in the catalog and reservoir
   (cataloguing/addbooks.pl)
2) Confirm that for the results found in catalog, the options (MARC and
   Card preview, Edit biblio, Add/edit items) are there and behave as
   expected.
3) Confirm that for the results found in reservoir, the options (MARC
   and Card preview, Add biblio) are there and behave as expected.
4) Set user permissions so that the user cannot edit the catalog or
   items. (editcatalogue -> edit_catalogue and edit_items)
5) Confirm that you no longer see the options to edit or add
   items/biblio in either table.

The "highlight" class on table rows is unnecessary since we have a CSS
rule which defines colors for alternating row colors. This patch removes
use of the "highlight" class from templates and removes the definition
from staff-global.css

Bug 15946 Valid namespace for OAI marcxml schema (3.22/3.20)

As the patch for master, this patch apply on 3.22 (and 3.20 probably).

This path fixes the value of xml schema variable and the link to Library
of Congress.  For Dublin Core format those values are defined in
UNIMARCslim2OAIDC.xsl and MARC21slim2OAIDC.xsl.  For MARCXML those
values are written into the code

To test it:
1) Setup OAI-PMH
2) Test the site inserting the BaseURL into http://validator.oaipmh.com
3) See the problem with ListMetadataFormats [link:
   http://validator.oaipmh.com/#ListMetadataFormats] 4) Insert the patch
5) See the problem is over

Bug 15952: Moving cataloging search actions into a drop-down menu

To test:
1) Go to Cataloging and do a search in the catalog and reservoir
(cataloguing/addbooks.pl)
2) Confirm that for the results found in catalog, the options (MARC and Card
preview, Edit biblio, Add/edit items) are there and behave as expected.
3) Confirm that for the results found in reservoir, the options (MARC and Card
preview, Add biblio) are there and behave as expected.
4) Set user permissions so that the user cannot edit the catalog or items.
(editcatalogue -> edit_catalogue and edit_items)
5) Confirm that you no longer see the options to edit or add items/biblio in
either table.

[PASSED QA] Bug 15923: Take the id list file into account when exporting
records

When exporting records (tools/export.pl or misc/export_records.pl), a
file of ids (authid or biblionumber) can be passed to filter the
results.
Bug 14722 has broken this behavior.

Test plan:
Export records and specify a list of records to filter the results.
Prior to this patch, the record with the id 1 was exported.

[SIGNED OFF] Bug 15947: move SIPILS.t to DB-dependent test directory

SIPILS.t requires an active koha-conf.xml to pass,
and consequently is moved to t/db_dependent so that
'make test' can succeed.

To test
---
[1] Unset KOHA_CONF and either do a make test or a
prove -v t/SIPILS.t.  Note that the tests fail.
[2] Apply the patch and run make test again; this time,
the test suite should pass.
[3] Verify that with KOHA_CONF *set*,
prove -v t/db_dependent/SIPILS.t passes.

[PASSED QA] Bug 15939: Action logs - Do not default dates to today

When accessing the modification logs from a link that does not
explicitly set the to and from dates (e.g., from patron or bib details),
no results are displayed unless the object had an action occur during
the current day.

This is a side-effect of commit 5dceb851 for bug 13813.

Test plan:
- View the modification logs of a record which has already been modified
(/tools/viewlog.pl?do_it=1=CATALOGUING=MODIFY=XXX)
=> Without this patch, you won't see any logs (unless you have modified
the record today)
=> With this patch, the behavior is the same as prior bug 13813 (you can
check in 3.20.x), you will see all logs

hi, version 3.8 is no longer maintained and any bugs reported won't get fixed.

[SIGNED-OFF] Bug 15931: Removing link to records if authority is not used by
any records

To test:
1) Do an authority search on authorities-home.pl. Notice that authorities not
used in any records have a clickable link (under 'Used in:' column) which
redirects to a catalog search with no results
2) Go back to your authority search results on authorities-home.pl and click
'Details'. Notice that under the auth name, there is a 'Used in X records' link
that again returns a catalog search with no results.
3) Apply patch
4) Repeat steps 1, 2. Authorities not used in any records should no longer have
clickable links and authorities which are used in records should work as
expected.

Bug 15350: Cache loaded DBIx::Class schema classes

This separates the Koha::Schema creation into two stages:

 1) The loading of the schemas themselves, which is done upon import of
Koha::Database. This requires moving the import of Koha::Schema from
an on-demand `require` to just a `use`; most everything in Koha uses
C4::Context, which will indirectly end up calling
Koha::Database->schema->new anyway, so this was no longer saving
anything.
 2) The actual database connection, which is done by cloning the schema
created above and adding a database connection.

Note that this saves time only when a Plack-based Koha needs to create
a database connection, which is usually only the case for a new worker.

Unscientific timings before patch:
  * First load of koha2marclinks.pl on a new worker: 0.70 seconds
  * Each load after: 0.17 seconds

After patch:
  * First load: 0.31 seconds
  * Each load after: 0.17 seconds

Hi Nick

>From my mind, the main thing to test hard at this point, as that if you have
this code, and you turn off the syspref .. that it has no effect.
IE, this breaks nothing existing.

If so then I reckon it could go in as experimental, and we can get more people
testing and new bugs can be opened for missing features/bugs related to it. 

Does that makes sense? (just my 2 cents)

When closing a basket in Acquisitions the confirmation dialog should be
styled using Font Awesome icons. This patch adds them.

The cancel button has been moved into its own form so that we can get
rid of several problematic JavaScript issues: The use of the
"javascript:" pseudo-protocol, the use of an "onclick" attribute, and
the use of a JS redirect where a GET action will do.

To test, apply the patch and locate an open basket in Acquisitions which
can be closed.

- Click the 'Close this basket' button and confirm that the icons in the
  dialog look correct.
- Test the cancel operation to make sure you are redirected back to the
  page showing the basket details.
- Test the confirm operation and verify that the basket is closed.

I've tested an account with the same permissions on our server and it is the
same- you can't waive fines but you can collect them. So, the initial problem
reported is no longer the issue... but I would say there's still an issue here,
which is that the relationship between the borrowers permission and the ability
to collect charges isn't really documented anywhere or made obvious by making
the fines subpermissions of the borrowers permission.

I'd also argue that the ability to edit patron records should probably be made
a sub-permission of borrowers as well, so that view and edit are different, but
likely a separate ticket.

I can't reproduce this problem in 3.23.00.031. Here's what I tried:

1. Checked out an item, setting the due date to a date in the past.
2. In the updated list of checkouts I checked the checkbox in the "Check in"
column and submitted. The AJAX check-in operation completed successfully.

I think perhaps a better solution is to make sure that messages like this get
unique ID atributes so that you can define custom CSS for particular messages
which are of higher priority to your library. For example:

[% IF ( errmsgloo.badbarcode ) %]
No item with barcode:
[% errmsgloo.msg %]
[% END %]

That would also allow you to define custom audio alerts for those messages.

If not, the library must remember to update their OpacHiddenItems preference
every time they add a new value for LOST.

when an item is checked in that is not in the system or is miss-scanned), I
added the following jquery:
