Bug 18073: Holds to pull table enhancement

Test plan:
0) apply the patch
1) enable on shelf hold in administration -> circulation and fines rules
2) create some holds on avalaible items
3) go to administration -> columns settings and confirm there is new
holds-to-pull table in circulation section
4) go to circulation -> holds to pull page and confirm that
4a) that the page does work as before
4b) there is ne "Column visibility" button in datatable toolbar
4c) the column configuration does work as expected
4d) there is new column "First patron" with link to patron which is
first in holds queue for given record
4e) sorting works ax expected
4f) filters (in teh bottom of table) work as expected

Bug 18059  - Added explanations for why the user is doing the actions of each
of the 5 steps of the onboarding tool in bug 17855.

So now the user will know why they are doing each step of the
onboarding tool, to make the process more transparent.

Test plan:
1. Drop and recreate your database: sudo koha-mysql  then
DROP database ; then CREATE database ;
2. Restart memcached: sudo service memcached restart
1. Apply bug 17855
3. Go through the web installer and onboarding tool, noticing that the
onboarding tool has no "Reason for creating a  now" message just below the header
4. Apply this bug
5. Redo steps 1, 2, and 3 noticing that this time under the header for
each of the onboarding form screen (not the creation outcome screen displayed
after the user submitted each onboarding form) there is "reason for creating a
 now" text

Bug 18078: Updating buttons for z39.50 Authority search

1) Go to Cataloguing -> New from Z39.50
2) Notice how Search button is strangely off page (have to scroll down
to see it)
3) Do a search, noticing the ugly buttons from Comment 1
4) Apply patch and go back to a new search
5) Do a search again, notice no longer need to scroll to get to Search
button and new, nicer buttons
6) Confirm they still work as expected

To test:
1) Go to Tools -> Batch item deletion
2) Notice the link for Batch item MODIFICATION is bold, not the deletion
link
3) Apply patch and refresh page
4) Correct link should now be bold.
5) Go to batch item modification and confirm the correct link is bold

Bug 17461 - Warn about plugins that can't be loaded

The logs should have some info if a module has been installed that can
not be loaded.

To test:
- Make sure you have an up to date dev install
- Install v1.0 of the KitchenSink plugin from
  https://github.com/bywatersolutions/koha-plugin-kitchen-sink/releases
- Make sure the plugin does not show up in the list of installed
  plugins, and that the intranet-error.log has no info about it
- Apply the patch
- Reload plugins-home.pl
- Verify that there is now some interesting info in intranet-error.log

Bug 17956 - Added new onboarding tool template named onboardingstep6.tt to
allow the users to learn about how to set up SIP, LDAP and z-targets

Test plan:
1. Apply bug 17855

2. Drop and recreate your Koha database

3. Restart memcached

4. Go through the web installer and onboarding tool (up to the second
'Create circulation rule' screen

5. Click 'Learn more' button

6. The onboardingstep6.tt screen will appear. Click on LDAP radiobutton
and click 'Submit' and further instructions on installing LDAP will
appear.

7. Click browsers back button and do step 6 for SIP

8. Click the z-target button and login using the patron administrator
account you created with the onboarding tool and the 'New Z39.50 Server'
screen will appear

Bug 15766: Adding descriptions to patron card batches

This patch adds a 'description' column to the creator_batches table. The
description for a batch can be added and updated using ajax.

To test:
1) Apply patch and update database (you will have to restart memcached)
2) Go to Tools -> Patron card creator -> Manage batches
3) There should now be a Description column next to Batch ID. This will
be empty (as none of the batches have descriptions yet)
4) Click Edit for any batch
5) Notice new Batch description text field. Enter a description for the
batch in here and click Save description. Some text should show saying
the description was saved.
6) If you go back to the manage batches page, the description should now
show under the Description column.

Ran into something odd today: When you have a 'holds per record' setting of 999
in your circulation conditions and try to place a hold in the staff client, you
will get an 'internal server error' under Plack after looking up the patron to
place the hold for.

To test:
- Set circulation conditions - holds per record = 999
- Search for record with items
- Go to the holds tab
- Search for a patron
- Verify that when you send your search, the 'internal server error' is shown

The plack error logs show:
Template process failed: undef error - WHILE loop terminated (> 1000
iterations)

This has been verified on 2 different 16.11.x and on master.

In the most recent commit patch I have attached to this bug I removed the
inline styling into an internal style sheet at the top of the acqui-home.tt
file.

Additionally I removed the errant warn from the acqui-home.pl script.

Test plan:
1. From the main page of the staff client click go to More->Acquisitions
(making sure there is no currency and budget and fund in the Koha database.
Also make sure you are logged in as a superlibrarian user not the database
administrator).

2. Notice the yellow warning messages: One telling the user to create a
currency and the other informing the user to create a budget it doesn't say you
have to create a fund as well which could be confusing for new users after they
have created the budget).

3. Apply this bug. 

4. Refresh the Acquisitions page and you will see a message telling the user to
specify a currency outside a div box, whilst the other is in a div box (with
the Koha staff client light grey/blue background colour). The message inside
the coloured div box contains numbered links clearly showing what the user must
do to set up acquisitions. Each link opens in a new tab, saving the user from
having to go back to the main acquisitions page constantly. 

5. Create a currency

6. Refresh the main Acquisitions page and notice that the currency notice has
disappeared. 

7. Click the two links to create a budget and fund then refresh the main
acquisitions page and the coloured div message box has disappeared because the
user has set up the Acquisitions successfully.

Bug 18068: ES - Fix location and (home|holding)branch facets

This patch makes the 'Locations' facet work as expected (i.e. having the
same behaviour it has for Zebra: picking the 952$c in MARC21 and 995e
for UNIMARC).

It also adds the code to handle holding and home library settings for
facets and makes the facets show the library name instead of the branch
code.

The mappings are updated so the labels match what facets.inc expect to
work properly.

To test:
- On master, do a search that returns biblios with items having
homebranch set.
=> FAIL: Under the 'Locations' label on the facets you will notice
branchcodes are shown.
- Apply the patch
- Restart memcached and plack (just in case, it was tricky)
- Reset your mappings:

- Restart memcached and plack (again, not sure if needed)
- Make sure this mappings are set:
  homebranch => HomeLibrary

  (Note: it might not be set due to the place the yaml file is being picked)
- Reindex your records:
  $ sudo koha-shell kohadev
 k$ cd kohaclone
 k$ perl misc/search_tools/rebuild_elastic_search.pl -d -v
- Repeat the initial search
=> SUCCESS: 'Location' contains the right stuff, 'Home libraries' and
'Holding libraries' too.
- Run
 k$ prove t/db_dependent/Koha_SearchEngine_Elasticsearch_Search.t
=> SUCCESS: Tests pass!
- Sign off :-D

Note: play with the 'DisplayLibraryFacets' syspref options.

Bug 18001 - LocalHoldsPriority can cause multiple holds queue lines for same
hold request

If LocalHoldsPriority is enabled, and a record level request has more
than one item that could fill that hold, there is a possibility that a
holds queue row will be generated for the request for each of the
available items!

When an item from Library A is reserved and set to be picked up at Library B,
the hold buttons fail to confirm or cancel during check in at Library B when
the item is transferred from Library A.

To Test:
* Create a hold for item at Library A to be picked up at Library B.
* Check in item at Library A to trigger the transfer.
* Switch to Library B and check in item.
* Confirm the hold.
* Go to item record and look at holds.  Notice the item is not waiting and
still shows in transit.
* Check in item at Library B again.
* Cancel the hold.
* Go to item record and look at holds.  Notice the item is still active and in
transit.

If do everything the same except trigger the transfer at Library A, when
checked in at Library B and confirmed, it DOES work.

Something in the transfer appears to break the hold confirmation/cancel at the
destination.

Bug 13618: Use a simplified version of Template::Stash::AutoEscaping

Koha::Template::Escape is a simple version of Template::Stash::AutoEscaping
It seems that removing and cleanly some pieces of Template::Stash::AutoEscaping
will bring us a lot of performance boost.
