Bug 18182: Make TestBuilder capable of returning Koha::Object

This patch adds a new method to t::lib::TestBuilder so it can return
Koha::Object-derived objects. The new method is called ->build_object
and requires the plural of the target class to be passed, along with the
field to be used as id on searching the object.

The plural is because the singular form is not aware of its plural (I
always thought we should move plural stuff into the singular class, this
is one of the reasons).

The id is required because that's the way to find the recently created
object.

If any of those parameters is ommited, a warning is raised and undef is
returned.

To test:
- Apply the patches
- Run:
  $ sudo koha-shell kohadev
 k$ cd kohaclone
 k$ prove t/db_dependent/TestBuilder.t
=> SUCCESS: Tests pass!
- Sign off :-D

Bug 18098: Add an index with the count of not onloan items

This patch adds a numeric index 'not-onloan-count' containing the value
of 999$x. This subfield is filled by 'rebuild_zebra.pl' by making use of
(bug's 18208) 'EmbedItemsAvailability' filter.

bib1.att and indexes definitions are updated accordingly.

To test:
- Apply the patch
- Pick the right biblio-zebra-indexdefs.xsl file for your setup and
  replace the one your Zebra uses [1]
- Replace your bib1.att
- Replace your ccl.properties
- Have at least one record with more than one item, checkout some
  item(s) from that record(s).
- Rebuild zebra's indexes:
  $ sudo koha-shell kohadev
 k$ cd kohaclone
 k$ misc/migration_tools/rebuild_zebra.pl -r -b -v -k
 (notice the dump directory is kept, you can try the XSLT yourself
  running:
$ xsltproc \
   etc/zebradb/marc_defs/marc21/biblios/biblio-zebra-indexdefs.xsl \
   /tmp/the_dump_dir/biblios/exported_records | less
=> SUCCESS: There are records with the not-onloan-count index, and the
value is correct!
- Check Zebra yourself:
  $ yaz-client unix:/var/run/koha/kohadev/bibliosocket
 Z> base biblios
 Z> find @attr 1=9013 @attr 2=5 @attr 4=109 0
=> SUCCESS: The search matches the amount of records with not-onloan
items.
 Z> s 1+1
=> SUCCESS: Records with 999$x having a value higher than 0 are rendered
- Sign off :-D

Note: While this work is complete on its purpose, it is part of an
attempt to create a better way of filtering by availability.

the .pl and thus cannot be translated.

This simple fix reuse the translate_card_element tool already in the code to

Added : Call number for all not for loan status

XSLT Results template improvement : Use the NOT_LOAN authorised values

Improvement : Use the NOT_LOAN authorised values when showing items status in
the OPAC search results.
Before this patch, these items were only considered as "unavailable".

Note : This patch only affects the OPAC XSLT search results template for MARC21
records. This patch was not tested on UNIMARC or NORMARC records. I won't be
able to support these formats, so I'm hoping someone could do the same for
these other record formats.

Bug 15854: Use a READ and WRITE LOCK on message_queue

To make sure we will not never get a race conditions for these kinds of
notices, we need to add a LOCK on the message_queue table.

This does not smell the best way to do that, but I faced deadlock issues
when I tried to use "UPDATE FOR"

To test this patch, or another solution, you need to apply manually this

Do not forget to truncate the message_queue table.

Bug 15854: Simplify the code to limit race conditions

There is an obvious race condition when CHECKIN and RENEWAL are
generated from circulation.pl calling svc/renew or svc/checkin in AJAX.

The 2 first queries will try to get the id of the last message
(find_last_message) and if it does not exist, they will insert it.
Theorically that could be lead to have several "digest" messages for a
given patron.
I did not recreate more than 2 messages, from the third one at least one
of the two firsts existed in the DB already.

This patch just simplifies the code to make the SELECT and INSERT or
UPDATE closer and limit the race condition possibilities.

Test plan:
0. Set RenewalSendNotice and circ rules to have a lot of renewals available
1. Use batch checkouts (or one by one) to check out several items to a
patron
2. Empty message_queue (at least of this patron)
3. Renew them all at once ("select all" link, "renew or check in"
button)
4. Check the message_queue
Without this patch you have lot of chances to faced a race condition and
get at least 2 messages for the same patron. This is not expected, we
expect 1 digest with all the messages.
With this patch apply you have lot of chances not to face it, but it's
not 100% safe as we do not use a mechanism to lock the table at the DBMS
level.

Tested both patches together, works as expected.

Bug 18208: Add RecordProcessor filter to inject not onloan count to MARC
records

This patch adds a new filter for MARC records to be used with
Koha::RecordProcessor. It's purpose is to inject the information about
items not-onloan in a fixed subfield, 999$x.

To test:
- Apply the patch
- Run:
  $ prove t/db_dependent/Koha/Filter/EmbedItemsAvailability.t
=> SUCCESS: Tests pass!
- Sign off :-D

At present, It's possible to have combinations of branch / category / item type
that are not covered by circulation rules. This may cause issues with
circulation, holds and fines; we should require that all are covered.

Bug 12972 - Transfer slip and transfer message (blue box) can conflict

Instead of passing the homebranch to the slip, let's pass
TransferWaitingAt (the value we display)

To test:
1 - Check in an item that will initiate a transfer (hold or automatic
item return)
2 - Note the transfer message and receipt match
3 - Remove the reason for transfer (bot don't cancel transfer)
i.e. cancel hold or change homebranch of item to current library
4 - Check the item in again
5 - Note the message displays the transfer destination and the slip
shows the homebranch
6 - Apply patch
7 - Repeat 5 but note slip and message match
8 - Test any edge cases for correctness
9 - sign off

When you search an authority in Authority search, this search is not saved in
Search history. 

EnableOpacSearchHistory is enabled

Steps to test:
 1- Login your account (opac)
 2- Search an authority in Authority search
 3- Go to Search history -> Authority
 4- It says "Your authority search history is empty"

Tested on 16.11.04

Question: The biblionumber is always added to the link, something like:

http://XXX/cgi-bin/koha/tracklinks.pl?uri=http://www.yy.com=52

It happens with and without patch (with OPACXSLTDetailsDisplay empty). 

Is this behaviour expected?

Bug 18200: Fix a potential issue with preceding space in GetMarcUrls

Trims the URL in order prevent prefixing a space with http://
Normally you won't have a preceding space here, but I saw it happening
one day and it does not cost much to resolve it.

Bonus: Adding few simple tests in t/db_dependent/Biblio.t.

Test plan:
[1] Run t/db_dependent/Biblio.t
[2] Add a 856$u with preceding space (MARC21)
[3] Check opac-detail, Online access with OPACXSLTDetailsDisplay empty.

Bug 4969: Toggle showing of all/active vendors

This patch provides the functionality to hide inactive vendors from the
vendor search.

To test:
1) Make sure at least one vendor is inactive
2) Do a vendor search
3) Confirm the link to show only active vendors works, and is replaced
with a link to show all vendors when clicked
4) Confirm the link to show all vendors works, and is replaced with a

The 'comma problem' started on our production servers after we have enabled
Plack. It seems that the CGI version is using locale C whereas Plack is using
the default locale of the server. After we have chosen None as our default
locale, the decimal point was back again (partly a reboot was required).
Apart from this, the default locale None is also recommended here:
