Bug 18918: Disable CSV option if no CSV profiles exist

To test:
1) Confirm you have no MARC CSV profiles (tools -> csv profiles)
2) Go to Tools -> Export data
3) Select the CSV file format for biblios
4) Notice the CSV profile dropdown shows up but the dropdown is empty
5) Click the Export button, notice Koha breaks
6) Go back and apply the patch, refresh
7) Notice the CSV option is now disabled in the file format menu
8) If you hover over CSV, an appropriate message should show explaining
why it is disabled
9) Create a CSV profile for MARC
10) Go back to Export and you should be able to use CSV now without
problem

breaks and gives this error in the error log: There is no valid csv profile

Bug 14647: [FOLLOW-UP] Changes to script

This patch adds the necessary changes to the script so that the filename
extensions works for exporting authorities.

To test:
1) Attempt to export with all filetypes for biblios and authorities
2) Confirm the extension for the exported file (after clicking the
Export button) is correct for each one

Bug 18128: Go to page option for search results in OPAC and staff

This patch adds a dropdown of all available search result pages for a
user to jump to.

To test:
1) Apply Bug 13205
2) Do a search in OPAC and in staff client
3) Try to jump to different pages in the dropdown, confirm they always
work

Have changed
  my $last_page = $pages * ( $results_per_page - 1 );
to
  my $last_page = ( $pages - 1) * $results_per_page;
which seems to fix the 'last' button offset! (Comment 10)

Will add the box to jump to a page in a separate patch.
Adding the pagination to the top on the staff client will be dealt with
in Bug 18916 as it is slightly out of the scope of this bug.

Bug 18915: Fix checkout note email message

This patch changes patron_note to checkout_note in the appropriate
places, and ensures the email gets the title of the item.

To test:
1) Apply patch and update database
2) View the message_queue table in mysql
3) Check out an item if haven't already
4) Go to OPAC and set a checkout note for an item
5) View message_queue table and confirm it the title is included in the
email and all instances of 'patron note' have been replaced with
'checkout note'
6) Disable javascript in browser
7) repeat steps 4 and 5 and confirm all works as expected

Bug 18869: [FOLLOW-UP] Make page reload after club or template delete

If deleting the last club or template in a table, the row is deleted
from the webpage by ajax so the nice blue bubble message does not show.
This patch forces the page to reload so the blue bubble message shows
instead of the empty table.

To test:
Confirm that the blue message shows when tables are empty. Add a
template and a club, then delete a club. Confirm the page reloads and
the message shows. Test with template

When adding orders from a staged file 'one by one' the order information
(quantity, fund, price) is not carried over into the order form.

To test:
- stage a few marc records
- open a new basket in acq
- use 'from staged file'
- open list of records in your file
- if there is no information yet, enter quantity, price, etc. 
- use the 'Add order' link at the top of the entry to go to the order form
- verify the entered information is not filled in

This is especially annoying when using records from a vendor where
MarcFieldsToOrder was used to nicely prepopulate the fields with all necessary
data. 

There is a work around by using the check box and the button at the bottom of
the list.

I am sorry, but the workflow for adding a new record is still not quite right:

- Download a record from LOC
- Link authorities
- Check fields listed
- First problem: The same icon appears next to $9 and $a, but with different
meaning. $a has the normal search, $9 the Create authority. We should use
different icons at least.
- Second problem: Using Create authority the fields are prefilled now (good!),
but after saving the window doesn't close and the $9 in the record is not
populated.

I will try to keep an eye on this one and come back to it sooner next time!

reading through the test report:

 Verify that A and B are gone, and the records link to C now.

so you would merge to records of one type into another - would that not
potentially cause a lot of trouble? You'd potentially end up with 100/700
fields linked to a corporate record as the fields are not corrected with the
merge, right?

I am also seeing trouble with the patch applied:

Hi I tested this fresh from start to end and I am seeing no improvement with
the patch:

Tested on master:

- translate update de-DE
- translate install de-DE
- Switch to de-DE:
  - item search export broken
  - acq basket export broken
  - late acq orders broken
  - late issues export - OK (uses CSV profiles)

Tested with patch on master:

- apply patch
- restart_all
- translate update de-DE
- open file in poedit - check headers are translated and not fuzzy (orange in
poedit)
  - item search for csv - seems unchanged?
  - acq basket was fuzzy - retranslated
  - late acq orders was fuzzy - retranslated
- translate install de-DE
- Test again:
  - item search - still broken
  - acq basket - still broken
  - late acq orders - still broken

I am sorry, but this doesn't seem to be the fix we are looking for :(

Currently using a symbolic link to link a Koha site directory inside
/etc/koha/sites to somewhere else doesn't work. Koha scripts (e.g koha-list)
only look for actual directory there.

There is some use case where allowing symlink there would be convenient, e.g.
linking to a site directory tracked with git.

I've added some Arabic script to both internal and public note. Added items one
by one and using the multiple feature. I can't reproduce the error on current
master. 

Please reopen if the problem is still present for you and add a test plan with

Using itemBarcodeFallbackSearch entering a barcode on checkout will do a
keyword search and provide you with a list of items matching the search term
for checkout. This allows checking out items, where there is no barcode in the
item (you still need a dummy barcode in Koha).

At the moment the table of items to choose from will only chow the title and
the dummy barcode.

In order to make it more useful and easier to identify the correct item, we
should show more information here:

- callnumber (952$o)
- serial enumeration (952$h)
- copy number (952$t)
- inventory number (952$i)

Callnumber and inventory number might be visible on the item. The inventory
number is usually written or stamped inside the book.
Serial enumeration will be helpful for checking out serial issues without
barcodes.
The copy number will help to pick the right item for a records with multiples.

This patch modifies the circulation template so that
itemBarcodeFallbackSearch results show in a modal window.

To test, enable the itemBarcodeFallbackSearch system preference and open
a patron's account in circulation.

- Submit a string which will return search results. When the page
  reloads a modal should display showing a table of title search
  results.
  - Test the "Check out" button and confirm that the correct item is
submitted.
  - Test closing the modal and re-displaying it using the new "Show
matching titles" button.
  - Confirm that the "Add record using fast cataloging" button still
works correctly.
- Submit a string which will return no results. No modal window should
  display, and only the "Add record" button should appear.
- Confirm that normal checkout works correctly.
- Test with itemBarcodeFallbackSearch disabled, and with a user who
  lacks Fast Cataloging permission.

Revision removes a heading which was made redundant by the modal markup.

Hi,

I took a look at these patches, I agree a per item check-in note could be quite
useful. But I have found some issues with the patch and have some concerns:

For the existing patch, see the splinter review notes and below:
- Changes to kohastructure.sql are missing.
- SQL should use AFTER/BEFORE to make sure the column is always added in the
same spot.

General concern:
In MARC21 there is only one unmapped subfield left: $k To prevent people from
unmapping important things and make this feature discoverable, we should at
least provide a default mapping for new installations and a note for existing
ones if $k (or UNIMARC equivalent) is already mapped.

But that makes me think: I wonder if this should really be part of the MARC
record or if it wouldn't be better to have these kinds of notes in a separate
table, manageable outside of the item editor. Example: What if we'd like to
have another note for check-out? 

- We are running out of unused subfields.
- There is a possible privavy issue, because as soon as you add a
Koha-to-MARC-mapping, the note field will be searchable in the OPAC (existing
problem with itemnotes_nonpublic). 
- Also, it will get exported with the MARC exports and be visible on the MARC
view if not set up correctly (given that the visibility settings now work
correctly)

Maybe something to be discussed some more.

This is another of the 'missing features' that I have been asked about often. I
have tried to test, but when running the script, I receive an error:

kohadev-koha@kohadevbox:/home/vagrant/kohaclone$
./misc/cronjobs/serialsClaim.pl --letter-code RLIST
The method auto_claim_enabled is not covered by tests!

Possible future enh: 
For servers with multiple instances it would be nice if the letter code could
be configured inside Koha. Either as a system preference or even better per
vendor, then you could have different letters for different languages.

Hi Kyle,

this is fun - I like it!

Just 2 things:

1) The new buttons only appear for tables using the column configuration. Is
that correct? I tried the administration tables (branches, itemtypes, patron
categories) first, before taking a look at the code. If it's intended that's
not a blocker.

2) The buttons don't appear to be translatable. It seems we did some work to
make the other strings from datatables translatable. Can we apply the same
technique here too?

Failing for the translation issue for now, waiting for Kyle to comment.
