Bug 17509: (followup) Logic moved from C4 to Koha namespace

This patch simplifies logic by using Koha objects. Automated test has
been moved from t/db_dependent/Reserves to t/db_dependent/Holds.

Test plan:
1) apply patch
2) run database update
3) enable sending an email to the patrons to return an item whenever a
   hold request is placed on it (NotifyToReturnItemFromLibrary)
4) place a hold
5) patrons having checked-out the item on hold are notified by email
   (see HOLDPLACED_CONTACT letter)

I tested again on Chrome, Firefox and Opera and managed to get the calendar to
show everytime. Did you make sure to clear the cache before checking out? The
7015 patch changes some javascript, maybe it simply did not update correctly.
If you could try again but with a clean cache (Ctrl+F5) I'd be very grateful.

Bug 10858: Browse selected biblios

After launching a search, some people would like to browse some results
from several pages.

This patch adds, at the OPAC, a link "Browse selected biblios >>" when
at least one biblio is checked. You can choose biblios from several
page, not the current one. In this way, checkboxes already checked
become again checked when you come back on this results page.
After clicking the link, the "Browse results" block is filled with
selected biblios, not (like as the current behavior) with the classic
results.

Test plan:
- Launch a search at the OPAC
- Check some biblios
- Go on another page
- Check some biblios
- Come back to the first page and check that already checked biblio is
  automatically checked.
- Click on the "Browse selected biblios >>" link
- Check that you are able to browse results you had checked.

You can also:
- check some biblios from several pages
- add them to the cart
- add them to a list

We want it to process the action if the subfield exists and that the
value does not match a given pattern.

Bug 19438: Fix sorting by date due in overdues.pl

Test plan:
0) Do not apply the patch
1) Have some overdued checkouts in your database
2) Go to circulation -> overdues (overdues.pl)
3) Try to sort the overdues table by due date and notice it is sorted
alphabetically, not by date
4) Apply the patch
5) Try again and confirm, it is sorted by date

Yes, that is correct. I did not get that calendar shown in your attachment. I'm
familiar with that calendar for checkout and the need to set it before actually
checking out a specific item by barcode. No clicking I did brought up that
calendar. I used Chrome... Sandbox 2

Expected due date entry field

Following essentially the same steps as you I went to checkout the item and got
the expected result. If I understand correctly, you are saying that under
"checkout settings" you do not see a date entry field to set the due date, is
that correct?

I attached a picture of what it should look like/looks like on my machine.

Go to Koha Admin > MARC bibliographic framework test. Click that. System says
test is OK.
-Koha > Search the catalog > Didn't find any records.
-Went to Koha > cataloging > New from z39.50 search for vogue and ISSN:
0042-8000. Import the record with the LCCN of 08036997. Save MARC record into
Koha.

-Prompted me to add a new item record so I did that. Saved.
-Went back to Edit bib record > Simple editor. Record number 439. 
-Went to the 780 field and was able to add in and save a subfield i
information. 
-Saved the bib and was able to click SHOW MARC to see the subfield i
information.
-Went to Edit bib to repeat and fill in subfield i of the 785. Saved the bib
again and was able to click SHOW MARC to see the subfield i information.

I would save this passes and can be signed off off.

I'm confused about one aspect of this: In the status column I see three
different statuses: "In queue," "Waiting," and "Cancelled." Shouldn't there be
a status which appears if the person has checked out the item and the hold has
been filled?

In my test "In queue" showed for a title before it was checked out, while it
was checked out, and after it had been returned.

Also: The  tag contains HTML. Looks like it's from patron-title.inc.

Bug 19429: Adding confirm message when deleting invoice from invoice search
page

To test:
To test:
1) Go to Acquisitions
2) Go to Invoices (left nav menu)
3) Click Search (no need to filter results)
4) Click dropdown menu for an invoice, click Delete
5) Notice invoice is deleted instantly
6) Apply patch and repeat steps 3 and 4
7) Confirm the confirm message shows and works as expected

Current Checkouts allow (10). Current on-site checkouts allowed 10. Loan period
60 minutes. Hard due date skipped. Fine amount is 1.00. Fine charging interval
is 60. When to charge. End of interval. Fine grace period is 120. Overdue fines
cap is $10. Renewals allowed count is 1. Renewal period is 60. Automatic
renewal is no. Holds allowed is 0...nothing else. loan rule saved.
-Koha > Cataloging > New Record > Fast Add framework. Filled in minimal fields
(245$a... couldn't find 100$a, 008)Save.
-Add item with the new EQUIP item type. Betatown being the permanent and
current location952$d, barcode is 319209, 952$v $50.00, non public
note. Click Add item to save the new item

-Koha Check out > Test.
-Checkout to test patron 201016 using barcode 319209
-Clicked checkout settings in advance of selecting the barcode but I'm not
seeing the calendar to set the due date into the pasthmmm. 
-Having no calendar to set date due in past I click checkout. Equipment piece
is due on 11/10/2017. 

-I go to Koha Set library changing myself to be Betatown. 
-Koha Tools > Calendar > betatown looks to be open for 10/11/17

It seems this has been caused by
  commit 1544f9a5d4a8acd47c97d7c6ac55dee8e759d3ff
Bug 18276: Remove GetBiblioFromItemNumber - circulation pages

To reproduce the problem you need switch on the two prefs
 - OnSiteCheckouts
 - OnSiteCheckoutsForce

Test plan:
Try to check an item out using an unknown barcode
With the 2 prefs set to on and without this patch, you will get the
following error in the log
  Can't call method "materials" on an undefined value at
/home/vagrant/kohaclone/circ/circulation.pl line 387.

With this patch applied you should not get this error and a correct
behaviour for the different pref combinations.

Bug 19083: Fix 'show all details' link on closed basket detail

'Show all details' add columns on the basket summary page.
This link is broken if the basket is closed.

Indeed there is a JS error raised by $('#toolbar').fixFloat();
The toolbar is not displayed if the basket is closed.

This is caused by bug 12333, which added the floating toolbar.

Test plan:
Create 2 baskets with orders
Close 1 basket
Click on the 'show all details' links and confirm it works as expected
Also confirm that the toolbar works correctly

Bug 13572 - Add --actives parameter to force_borrower_messaging_defaults script

1) Apply the patch
2) Create a new patron with random values, except for it expiration date, make
it expired (Patrons > New Patron > Student)
3) Enable the system preference called “EnhancedMessagingPreferences”
4) In “Administration" > "Patron categories" > Student, modify the "days in
advance", then click "Save"
5) run the script "./misc/maintenance/borrowers-force-messaging-defaults --doit
--actives"
6) Validate that the student created in step 2 hasn't changed (Patrons >
search)
7) Validate that any other student that isn't expired has changed.

I can't reproduce the problem Marc shows in the screenshot, but I have another
problem: If I click the "Edit existing record" button the existing patron's

Bug 19441: Remove ES-related tests

16.05.x do not provided stable ES support, it will take us too much time
to keep these tests up-to-date.

Skip the tests. A soon-to-die release, with no real ES support, we could even
remove those.

I was able to reproduce this problem in master, and the patch does make the
error go away. However, I'm seeing a different error now:

stage-marc-import.pl: DBIx::Class::Storage::DBI::select_single(): Query
returned more than one row.  SQL that returns multiple rows is DEPRECATED for
->find and ->single at /home/vagrant/kohaclone/Koha/Objects.pm line 92

Is this error within the scope of this bug?

Budget amounts in acquisitions are always calculated, meaning we pull the
orders and do the math. Recently we have added a few changes to how things are
calculated, additionally one can edit orders after a budget is closed ( bug
10921 )

We have three unused columns:
budget_amount
budget_encumb
budget_spend

It might be worthwhile to use these (or add new) and store the values of a
budget at closing to provide a constant historical value for audits.
