Bug 19602 - Add usage statistics link to administration sidebar menu

This patch adds a like to the new usage statistics page in the
administration sidebar menu.

To test, apply the patch and view an administration page which includes
the admin sidebar. Confirm that the link to usage statistics is there.

Visit the usage statistics page and confirm that the usage statistics
link in the sidebar is display in bold.

Bug 19604: Elasticsearch Fixes for build_authorities_query for auth searching

To test:
1 - Do some authority searches in Zebra
2 - Switch to ES and repeat, results will vary and some may fail
3 - Apply patch and dependencies
4 - Reindex ES
5 - Repeat searches, they should suceed and results should be similar to
Zebra
6 - Slight differences are okay, but results should (mostly) meet
expectations

A few notes:
We add a 'normalizer' to ensure we get a single token from the heading
indexes, this makes 'starts with' work as expcted
We switch to 'AND' for fields searched from cataloging editor - this
matches Zebra results
We force the '__sort' fields for sorting - if sorting looks wrong try
reducing the heading field to a single subfield - this will need to be
addressed on a future bug (multiple subfields create an array, ES sorts
those randomly)

When you save a system preference the page shouldn't refresh at all. The change
happens behind the scenes and a message should pop up briefly indicating
success.

If you find that clicking the save button redirects the page, you might have a
JavaScript error somewhere. Do you have something in the IntranetUserJS system
preference?

Bug 19600: Move admin templates JavaScript to the footer: Other catalog pages

This patch modifies the staff client catalog-related administration
templates so that JavaScript is included in the footer instead of the
header.

To test, apply the patch and test the JavaScript-driven features of
each modified template: All button controls, DataTables functionality,
tabs, etc.

Bug 19573: Link to make a new list in masthead in OPAC only appears / works if
no other list already exists

This patch corrects the OPAC masthead include file so that the "New
list" link will appear whether or not the logged-in user has existing
private lists.

To test, apply the patch and log into the OPAC as both a user with
private lists and a user without private lists. The header's "Lists"
dropdown menu should include a "New list" link in both cases.

Bug 7317: Simplify column headers

It will help translators (remove TT tags from po files) and simplify the
code. We do not need this translate_column that is used only once.
It also removes sorting option on the last column (actions)

Bug 19560: Unable to delete library when branchcode contains special characters

This patch modifies the library administration page so that the library
delete button submits a form using POST rather than linking to the
delete operation with GET variables.

This patch also adds validation to the library entry form so that it
will only accept letters, numbers, hyphen, and underscore.

The validation method for this already existed in categories.js, so it
has been moved to staff-global.js and the validator warning message has
been moved to validator-strings.inc so it is included globally.

To test:
  - Add a library with a branchcode containing characters like & or
#.
  - Apply the patch and clear your browser cache if necessary.
  - Try to delete the new library. It should delete successfully.
  - Add a library again and try to include spaces and/or special
characters in the branchcode. The form validation script should
prevent you from submitting the form.
  - Go do Administration -> Patron categories and add a new patron
category. The category code field should prevent you from entering a
code with spaces or special characters.

Bug 7317: (QA followup) Remove MySQL-ism from Koha::Illrequest::_limit_counter

This trivial fix changes the query syntax to avoid MySQL-isms.

To test:
- Run:
  $ kshell
 k$ prove t/db_dependent/Illrequests.t
=> SUCCESS: Tests pass!
- Apply this patch
- Run:
 k$ prove t/db_dependent/Illrequests.t
=> SUCCESS: Tests still pass!

Bug 3841: Add the ACQ framework for new installations

This patch adds the acquisition frameworks (frameworkcode=ACQ) for new
installations.
It copies the 952 (MARC21) or 995 (UNIMARC) fields from the default
framework (frameworkcode='')

Test plan:
Create a new installation and make sure the ACQ framework exists.

Bug 19600: Move admin templates JavaScript to the footer: Other catalog pages

This patch modifies the staff client catalog-related administration
templates so that JavaScript is included in the footer instead of the
header.

To test, apply the patch and test the JavaScript-driven features of
each modified template: All button controls, DataTables functionality,
tabs, etc.

javascript should be in the footer instead of the header.

When running anonymise_issue_history we now call it on a set of patrons from
search_patrons_to_anonymise, however, this generates a slow SQL query that can
take hours to run.

It would be great if we could sort (even search ?) the columns of the 3 tabs of
Elastic search configuration (page
koha/admin/searchengine/elasticsearch/mappings.pl).

That would make the configuration easier.
I would also be very useful to use different sorts/searches to check which
fields are facetable / which subfields of XXX marc block are mapped / etc. to
make the configuration more trustworthy.

Bug 19592: Move admin templates JavaScript to the footer: Acquisitions

This patch modifies the staff client acquisitions-related adminisration
templates so that JavaScript is included in the footer instead of the
header.

To test, apply the patch and test the JavaScript-driven features of the
cart: All button controls, DataTables functionality, tabs, etc.

I think this is not a bug but a change in behavior. We have cataloging plugins
with additional popups and those without such popups. The plugin for date
acquired is in the last category. More technically, it has no launcher in its
perl script. If you hover your mouse over the "plugin link", you will see "No
popup". Iirc another report already mentioned the need for a clearer division.

Imo no bug and no rel 17.11 candidate, but something to improve in style for
18.05.
