Bug 19643: Pagination buttons on staged marc management are stacking instead of
inline

This patch modifies the template for staged MARC import management to
correct a problem with the style of pagination links.

To test you must have more than 25 staged imports. Go to Tools -> Staged
MARC management. The pagination links, both at the top and the bottom,
should look correct (use multi-page SQL report results for reference).

When editing an item that contains a value in 952$d Date accessioned
(items.dateaccessioned), the 'tag editor' or ... button is non functional.  in
16.11 this button would update the date in the field to today's date. 
Currently it does nothing.

When adding a new item, clicking the ... will populate the dateaccessioned
field with today's date.

1. Edit Items
2. if item has value in 'd' subfield, click the ellipses ...
3. nothing will happen (Note: the field can still be manually edited)
4. if the item has no value in 'd' subfield click the ellipses ...
5. field will autopopulate with today's date.

Bug 19626 - Calculate expiration date for existing holds based on waitingdate

To test:
1 - Have/create a 16.11 instance with some waiting holds
2 - Those holds should not have an expirationdate
3 - Make sure some of the holds are waiting longer than
ReservesMaxPickupDelay
BACKUP THE DB
4 - Upgrade to 17.05 (or later)
5 - Check the expirationdate for the holds
6 - The date wil be in the future (curdate + delay)
7 - Restore DB
8 - Apply patch
9 - Run the upgrade again
10 - expirationdate should now be based on waitingdate

I propose instead, we should just ignore that field if automembernum is enabled

Bug 19640: fix OPAC IdRef webservice display

The OPAC webservice IdRef display was broken.
The call returns results but citations where empty.
Maybe the webservice has changed.

This patch corrects the fetch of datas in result.
Also fixes a small HTML missing tag tr.
Also adds a comment with link to official doc :
http://documentation.abes.fr/aideidrefdeveloppeur/index.html#MicroWebBiblio

Test plan :
1) Enable system preference IdRef
2) Choose an existing PPN like 032581270
3) Look result on : https://www.idref.fr/services/biblio/032581270.json
4) Call in OPAC website : /cgi-bin/koha/opac-idref.pl?unimarc3=032581270
5) Without patch you see only one role containing empty rows
6) With patch you see all roles with correct rows

The idea behind this was:
- To make sure some things are reserved and make it explicit. Have the list in
a single place, make it grow if needed.
- Make parameters extraction algorithm testable, so no need to add thousands of
tests for each endpoint... and ...
- Code less: we don't need to write useless repeating loops extracting
parameters and separating the reserved ones on each controller method.

Koha::Objects->search_for_api is a clear example of how this would improve
productivity when writing endpoints. If you look at how a controller looks like
using it when it is just a wrapper or Koha::Objects-derived classes, it becomes
clear:

sub list {

my $c = ...

my $objects = Koha::Blah->search_for_api($c);
return $c->render( openapi => $objects, status => 200 );

}

In this tiny example, pagination, sorting and query building choice are solved
already using this helpers.


And those who require more flexibility (business endpoints, that are not just
wrappers to Koha::Object(s) derived classes) can just skip using them and do
more interesting stuff.

There's no real benefit but there's no downside either as far as I can see.
Since the harvester needs to harvest everything, it doesn't matter if the
deleted records come first or last or interleaved with non-deleted records. I'd
be fine with it being a syspref, but I still can't see a real reason for that.

All it does is separate query parameters so one can pass 'reserved' parameters
to others mojo helpers (at least that's how it's used in bug 19410), but
helpers already have access to those parameters through their first parameter
($c), right ?
And not all helpers will have a use for all reserved parameters, so passing all
those parameters to all helpers is useless, they can retrieve what they need on
their own.

I think this came up because we have a site with more deleted than existing
records, this slowed the harvest and they thought something was wrong because
all records were returning deleted.

It may not be 'wrong' but I think it is a change - is there any benefit to
returning deleted first? should/could it be a syspref?

bug 17898 tries to help users identify reports affected by the move of marcxml
to the biblio_metadata table, however, the auth_header table still uses the

I've had it reported by two sites in the last few days they are running
16.11.08 and 17.05.01 looking at the latter case there are thousands of
old_issues with a returndate set to NULL

As far as I know there's definitely nothing wrong in returning the deleted
records first. Can you explain in a bit more detail why that is an issue? A
harvester should just harvest until a resumptionToken is not returned, and
there's no promise in the protocol that the records are returned in any
particular order.

Bug 19636: Hold priority changes incorrectly via dropdown select

This patch sorts holds in UI after priority is changed via "Priority" dropdown.

It fixes confusion where the form is posted and each row is individually
processed
one by one - and due to conflict in priority value, the latter row always gets
the chosen value instead of what the user actually might have wanted to change.

To reproduce:
1. Place 3 holds on a record
2. See existing holds (cgi-bin/koha/reserve/request.pl?biblionumber=XXX)
3. By using the dropdown menu under "Priority" column, change the first hold's
   priority to last (3). Do not touch other priorities.
4. Click Update hold(s)
5. Observe the hold did not get your selected priority 3, but 2 instead.

To test:
1. Apply patch
2. Place 3 holds on a record
3. See existing holds (cgi-bin/koha/reserve/request.pl?biblionumber=XXX)
4. By using the dropdown menu under "Priority" column, change the first hold's
   priority to last (3). Do not touch other priorities.
5. Observe this hold was automatically moved to the last row in the user
   interface.
6. Click Update hold(s)
7. Observe the hold has your selected priority 3.

This is mainly a heads-up. As of Firefox v57 (Quantum), the addon jsPrintSetup
is no longer supported. From what I've been able to tell in the bug reports
this is due to missing functionality in the WebExtensions API.

To reproduce:

1. Place 3 holds on a record
2. See existing holds (cgi-bin/koha/reserve/request.pl?biblionumber=XXX)
3. By using the dropdown menu under "Priority" column, change the first hold's
   priority to last (3). Do not touch other priorities.
4. Click Update hold(s)
5. Observe the hold did not get your selected priority 3, but 2 instead.

I believe this happens when the form is posted and each row is individually
processed one by one - and due to conflict in priority value, the latter row
always gets the chosen value.

This could be solved by sorting the hold table by priority before updating the
holds.

Bug 15492: Add SCI module

This patch adds the SCI module, and adapts C4::Auth to know about it.

The current behaviour is:
- Requires admin user initialization/login
- Uses the logged users' library
- A form allows to scan multiple barcodes
- A button sends the barcode list to the controller
  to batch perform the checkins
- Successful and failed checkins are sent to the template
- Results are displayed
- Logout link

To test:
- Apply this patches
- Make sure you upgrade:
  $ kshell
 k$ perl installer/data/mysql/updatedatabase.pl
- Have 'SelfCheckInModule' disabled
- Go to http://kohadev.myDNSname.org:8080/cgi-bin/koha/sci/sci-main.pl [1]
=> SUCCESS: You are rejected because the feature is disabled
- Enable 'SelfCheckInModule'
- Go to the previous URL
=> SUCCESS: You are required to login
- Login with a user WITHOUT self_checkout permissions
=> SUCCESS: You are not allowed to log into the Self check-in module.
- Login with a user WITH self_checkour permissions
=> SUCCESS: You gain access, and are presented the UI
- Go through the several options
=> SUCCESS: All works as it should
- Click the 'Help' link
=> SUCCESS: A help text is displayed on a modal
- Sign off :-D

- Bonus points:
  $ kshell
 k$ qa -c 2 -v 2
=> SUCCESS: All tests green

Text::Unaccent does not build on 64bit systems, the tests fail because of
errors in the ccode. There has been a patch for that for four years but it
looks like the upstream code is moribund. If you look at the test results it
now fails on all linux test builds. The module has not been kept up to date to
handle modern perl strings. I think the debian version may be patched to fix
the bug in 64bit tests but it is buggy and should not be relied on. Suggest
moving to Text::Unaccent::PurPerl be prioritized

It seems bug 15108 made some changes to which records are served up first by
the OAI server.

When making a basic request with no token, i.e.:
http://localhost:8080/cgi-bin/koha/oai.pl?verb=ListRecords=marcxml

You get any deleted records first.

When continuing if you have more than 50 deleted records the resumptionToken
also includes deleted records

We have services harvesting the entire catalog that don't expect deleted
records first.

I am not seeing a way to prevent them, and wonder if they should not be served
first.

libtest-simple-perl is listed twice in Build-Depends (debian/control), the
first without version constraint (comes from __AUTODEPENDS__).
This is probably nothing but maybe lintian will complain about that.

But it's already like that in master, so this will not prevent QA.

This string has been haunting me for a while, it never changes, but asks for
translation after every update of the po files:


Finally, if you charge a rental fee for the item type and want to give a
specific patron category a discount on that fee, enter the percentage discount
(without the %% symbol) in the 'Rental Discount' field

Maybe a problem with the percentage sign?

I ran into this problem after upgrading from

Koha 3.22, Ubuntu 14.04, Perl ?

to 

Koha 17.05.05, Ubuntu 16.04.3 LTS, Perl v5.22.1

gather_print_notices.pl run from cron (sudo crontab -e) would fail with this
error:

Running the command in the crontab on the command line would succeed, no
errors. 

Adding the "cd /tmp &&" trick in front of the commands in the crontab makes the
errors go away.
