TEST PLAN - 1) Make sure no lists exist at all. 2) Make there is at least one findable biblio record entered 3) Find that biblio record in the OPAC 4) Click 'Save to your lists' -- Notice that the whole save to list section is there. 5) Apply this patch 6) Click 'Cancel' 7) Click 'Save to your lists' -- Notice you can only add now, which makes sense. 8) Run koha qa test tools. For instance the system preference 'AcqCreateItem' has the text Create an item when [*] This is only the default behavior, and can be changed per-basket. Where [*] is a drop down containing one of the values. - placing an order. - receiving an order. - cataloging the record. I would be nice to have a 'copy to clipboard' button that would copy the 'preference' and 'value' fields. As we only authorised item level holds because of our local use, it would have been more useful because with this patch we will only have "Any item itype" displayed. Can you confirm this is the behaviour you were waiting for ? If so, as patch applies correctly, I will sign it. I've gotten feedback from librarians that the edit links were not visible
enough. It's clearly an opinion, so we'll need to use our best judgement.

The way I have it the edit button appears on the same line as the header if
there is no content in the section, and at the bottom if there is. This is my
preference, but I'm happy to be outvoted.
