In bug 23049 we split debit_types out of accounttypes and setup foreign key
relationships to ensure data integrity.
We should do the same for credit_types and thus deprecate the formerly mixed
accounttypes field.
This leads to clearer identification of debits vs credits in the accountlines
table and enforced consistency in the data via foreign key relationships.
