Just commenting, this error occurs on clicking receive when there are no
expected issues, the biblio information retrieval is tied to having issues in
status 1,3 in the GetSerials2 sub

I wasn't able to reproduce it...

If I look in the code, it looks like you don't have attached the subscription
to any biblio - which should not be possible. Or, there could be problem with
retrieving info about subscription in serials-edit.pl... Just trying to
guess...
