this is awesome. one small note: when I apply this patch and go to cataloging >
add record the #toolbar seems to loose its 'z-index' and displays underneath
everything else instead of on top.

On the advanced search, click more options. Make the browser window width about
half of he screen width. Scroll down - the toolbar vanishes when reaching the
bottom. Tested in Chrome.
