Hi Mathieu,
it looks like you updated to latest master/development branch. There is a new
dependency introduced by the patches for patron self registration.
sudo apt-get install libstring-random-perl
should fix the problem.

For Biblibre guys : I tried to test a patch on a sandbox yesterday and I
got the same message. So this new dependency probably need to be
installed on sandboxes too...
