Hi all,
After suggestions of Janus and Frere Sebastien, I revised the patch for bug
6094 (ModAuthority fix).
This patch now creates records in a new need_merge_authorities table when the
pref dontmerge is set to Do not automatically update biblios. The cron job
merge_authority.pl picks them
