splitted in more detailed possibilities.

For libraries with IndependantBranches=ON, 1 question :
Only the home library can edit an item. I think the holding library
should be able to edit it as well.
The use case : an item is returned after an issue, and the holding
library sees that there is something bad on the item (page remo
