[Debian 9, Koha 17.11 from repository]
Just an hour ago, I've upgraded all packages and Koha upgraded to 17.11.06-1
*BUT NOW:*
$ sudo apt update
$ sudo apt full-upgrade

"Withcss: Yes" in your cloud.conf file, but what else has to be done?

I tried to install both the way tar ball and command line. downloaded tar
ball and followed wiki for tar ball installation on Ubuntu but failed. I
also tried to install sudo apt-get install koha-common but at this time I
got web installer of 17.11. why version to version changing
Upgrading using the packages is just running
$ sudo apt install koha-common
Then check Koha > About for things to fix.
