You need to start the SIP server and create a SIP user. There is a

I am not sure how up to date that is.
Also, SIP2 traffic is not encrypted, so that is another issue you'll

You can add those in the Authorized values section of the Administration
module.
1) Go to Administration > Authorized values
2) Select the MANUAL_INV category
3) Add your invoice types : Put the description in the Authorized value
field and the amount in the description field

or using other scheme. Can I change card number later ?
Is it effect history of old issue return record ?

changed at any point of time.

You can change the card number and it doesn't affect anything. When I set up
Koha for our library five years ago, I uploaded a list of all the employees,
using their employee ID number as their card number. About a week or two later
the hospital introduced a system-wide ID scheme and everybody
