Hi Peter,

I think this is more likely to be a question for your RFID provider. 
Koha and the self check communicate using the SIP2 protocol and there is
no specific command for something like that to my knowledge. I think the
self check could look up the patron information to check for an email
address and then decide to print a slip, but that would be a feature of
the self check, not Koha.
