Hey Guys, The past few months i have been trying to improve the cooling air and lower the head temps. They were not that bad with the higest being about 350 at steady state in cruise. I rebuilt all the cooling baffels, sealed things up and have been screwing around with the outlet air opening.

I used 6 inches nominal spacing, but changed some bolt locations so that the bolt heads on the hinge halves would not hit each other during full aileron down deflection. I used captive nut plates instead of stop nuts in the aileron spars so that the hinge halves would be easily removable; I
