Hi Larry, Thanks for your correction to Mark's field.
The KR is 603# with a Revmaster 2180. I have a prop from Tommy W that is
giving me about 3150 static on the ground. No deployable drag now and I've
thought about that for a while. I've never landed it here but the takeoff
used about 1000' and
I've been using SkySmith out of Iowa
( customerservice at skysmith.com ) since 1998 with excellent
results. They are big in EAA and will treat you right.

The transponder antenna should be on the bottom of the aircraft, in the
center of a ground plane, the dimensions of which I do not remember. So,
mounting your ADAHRS, on a shelf that spans the longerons, should work
perfectly because that puts it on the same plane as the flight of the
aircraft.
Yes, can't tell you how many hours, but I never had a failure and used it
for over 2 years.
