2 pounds in the overall scheme of things is a "nit" unless you are installing
it in the tail.  Your power supply and lights will probably be mounted in the
wing portion of the aircraft, at the tips, stub wings, etc., and they 
won't make
a fraction of an inch difference in the W&B.

I have / can have 25 gal of fuel in my wing tanks.  They are located from the
rear face of the forward spar and 10 inches toward the trail edge and from
root to tip of the outer wing panels.  Because a majority of the fuel load is
in the CG envelope I can go from full to empty tanks and my CG only shifts
an inch or so and that shi\ft is forward.  I do not use a header 
tank.  You can
see why I consider two pounds in the same area a "nit".

Stick them in and go fly..................
