First off, flew today! Exactly 1 month from last flight, wow! Topped up with
fuel, complete thorough pre-flight, and pulled it out onto the taxi lane from
the parking spot so as not to put prop wash and debris all over nearby

Congrats on a successful flight. Looks like your cruise rpm is a little
low. I would have some serious fun and them start to investigate that low
rpm. I'll put money on the fact that the engine has more to give.

I think you need to recalculate, 1000 feet in 1+ minutes = 1000fpm.
