Hi Steve,
In a nut shell, what are the differences between the 3 airfoils performance?
Thanks for your time,

Sure looks mighty narrow.
It makes that 2 cylinder V look huge.

Hey Guys,
Before you trash your MIG for a new TIG unit you might try using it to weld
aluminum.
You must use 100% argon as the shielding gas. Keep your torch as straight as
possible and let 'er' rip...
Just an idea...

Hi Marlyn,
I think you have that backwards. A/C is used for aluminum.

I researched this welder and discovered that it is AC only (DC sine wave
is required for welding Aluminum)that is why they say "(not suitable for
aluminum)"

Hi Steve,
I had a HF MIG and thought it worked great. I upgraded to a Hobart
and then realized the HF MIG was not as good as I had thought.
You get what you pay for. Sometimes that's good enough. HF is
pretty good about taking things back that don't work as advertised.

Hi Jose,
Maybe you should work on an ejection seat/system first.
The USAF killed a few pilots before they got the FBW working
on the F-16. Good luck with the project! I hope you get it
working with out it killing you in the process!

Hi Craig,
Welding aluminum with gas is about the same as using a TIG.
With gas you will also need flux. Aluminum welding takes lots of practice.
I would suggest you pickup some stock that is thinner than what you
will be using to build the tank and practice. Heat control is the road to
success.
This has to be on 'youtube'! Anyone know where?

Hi Rob,
Was the problem an exhaust valve or seat?

Hi Dan,
The aircraft you mentioned, with out modification,
have always fit the "LSA" rule. The Cessna 150 fits
the LSA rule save the gross weight. Because of that
it will never be an LSA ruled aircraft. Even if you put it
on a diet. You can only be a virgin once...

Hi David,
Thank you for your reply! I have no model building experience. My Corby is a
little better than 50% complete and has been a challenge all the way. The
prints are good while the instruction manual is less than helpful!
After seeing a copy of the KR-2 plans I think I'll be alright.
Hi Ed,
I would say they are a little better now... 8 -)

Hi Virgil,
While reading the archives it sounded like there

I just received my KR-1 plans and am not overly pleased.

2) No packing list.
3) Several prints labeled KR-2...
4) 6 pages missing from the instruction manual.
At this point I don't know if I
