Well that is scary! Lucky he didn't get to pattern altitude and then
break out in flames. Looks like the only thing salvageable would be the
engine. Thank goodness the guy will survive!

where he took 4 single cylinder Briggs engines and put them all together to
form one 4 cylinder engine. A bit crude, but still neat!

I don't think he said retracts. He said it had tricycle gear. Normally
these are tail draggers.

Well I must say Dennis is building very different from what is normally
seen. The photos bring up a lot of questions. You may have mentioned it
before, but is the sides of this fuselage fiberglass instead of plywood? Also
are the rib to spar shelf brackets temporary? Neat canopy. I am
