NTP syncs will be done everytime network-manager successfully
established a connection, so having it set in KDE as well doesn't make
very much sense unless you need to do uberprecise time measurement ;-)

I think this is intentional. The upper area of the Fn keys is partly
assigned to other functionality (mostly desktop effects). Considering
this fact I think it is sensible to require manual shortcut definition
for desktops > 4

I looked into this some months ago, so I am trying to remember properly what
the problem is ;-)
In order to use this feature our grub would need to support a "--default"
argument, IIRC KDM will invoke something like
grub --batch --no-floppy savedefault --default=1 --once
That is really a problem with how kdesudo works, or rather: it does not
work because of how kdesudo works which is completely intentional. This
should work a lot better for KPackageKit (which will be default package
manager in 9.04 and uses a new system to gain root access).

Im using KDE 4.1.2
When i right click on location bar in dolphin and choose text mode, Dolphin
sometimes crashes, but sometimes it dont crashes. Ill upload error code as soon

opens the html file, it doesn't actually display the html source code.
