Today, I tried to reproduce the bug - and I failed. I uninstalled the
plasma widget, and started the GNOME nm-applet, and everything worked
smoothly. And - surprise, surprise - even after I reinstalled the plasma
widget, everything works fine when using the GNOME nm-applet. It doesn't
loose any
Appended a patch that
* disables the FullName field as it can not be changed via chfn
* if no fullname is set yet (eg. via kmail) then extract fullname from gecos.
The patch is IMO okay for kubuntu but not ready for upstream, because
* does not dynamicly check if fullname can be changed
Another thing that they want to know is if you have updated your
packages since you first experienced this crash. (They think it could
possibly be an installation problem)

I'd love have this option available. I've created a Link to
Application and the command is kdesu dbus-launch dolphin. I can
browse, but I cannot open any file, as the screenshot from Kenobi shows.
For an example, I attempt to open a text file and dolphins says KDEInit
could not launch
